I found that the finish of the shades tended to be quite shiny--they looked wet even though they did not feel that way.
The texture was lightweight, lightly emollient but more of a cream-to-powder product as it did not feel overly slick or wet when initially picked up or as it dried down. The dry down was powder-like as it remained somewhat blendable and very flexible, so it wasn't smudge-proof (like if one wiped their eyes) but did have good longevity as there was no fading or creasing unil after 9 hours of wear.
