Southbound Laura Mercier Southbound Tinted Moisturizer Blush ($28.00 for 0.5 oz.) is a light-medium pink with warmer undertones and a semi-matte finish. It had semi-sheer, buildable pigmentation, which was fairly in line with how it was marketed, that applied well to bare skin and worked well over base products so long as I used a brush. The texture was lightweight, fluid, and spreadable with more of a gel-like feel, and it dried down to a more transfer-resistant finish after 20 seconds.
