Urban Decay is launching its most colorful Naked Palette yet — Naked Ultraviolet, which is made up of mostly purple tones, as well as a few unexpected shades like mint and peach. Here's everything we know about the new palette so far.

It was less of a true matte until an hour or two into wear, which was when the light sheen seemed to fade away. I also felt like there was a hint of very fine shimmer that ran through it. It had good color coverage in a single layer, but didn’t apply as evenly as I would have liked–not bad and from a distance, I think it looked just fine–but at least it didn’t sink into my lip lines over time. The consistency was smooth, more of a dense, velvety formula that glided on without feeling slippery or wet. Allegro Sydney Grace Allegro Highlighter ($9.00 for 0.25 oz.) is a light-medium, rosy copper with subtle, warm undertones and a smooth, metallic sheen. It had an intense glow but the shimmer seemed finer, so reflective quality was greater but did emphasize my skin’s natural texture. It had opaque color coverage in as single layer, but the creamier, slightly firmer, denser consistency made it easy to pick up less product if desired. That being said, it still yielded well to typical highlighter brushes (which are often less-dense than blush brushes) and picked up product evenly. The highlighter applied well to bare skin and diffused readily along the edges. It stayed on well for eight and a half hours before fading slightly.
