Best Products of the Week | Vol. 339

Hope your weekend is starting off on the right note! Every Saturday, I like to share the top 10 products from the last week of reviews. It’s a nice way to highlight what reviews have been published recently. Similarly, I love reading–and I know others enjoy sharing!–their own “week in review” when it comes to what makeup/beauty products they may have used and/or enjoyed. What was your week in review like? Copy and paste the lil’ survey below and share your answers in the comments Your skin tone/coloring : What was your favorite makeup look you wore this past week? : What was the hero product of the week for you? : Any products you want to use next week? : Continue Reading source https://www.temptalia.com/best-products-of-the-week-vol-339/

Has the customer service of a brand you loved ever been enough to turn you away?

I don’t think it’s ever risen to THAT bad of a level, but I am reluctant to purchase directly from PMG due to long turnarounds, though my laster order was here within 3 days of ordering… it was a miracle. — Christine Join Discussion source https://www.temptalia.com/has-the-customer-service-of-a-brand-you-loved-ever-been-enough-to-turn-you-away/

What brand can't seem to do highlighter well?

I don’t know if there’s a brand that stands out as putting out consistently bad highlighters, so I’ll just say that I am surprised Tom Ford doesn’t have a more dedicated core selection of highlighters, though. I’d also say that Clinique should, and doesn’t, and have a full shade range of... — Christine Join Discussion source https://www.temptalia.com/what-brand-cant-seem-to-do-highlighter-well/

ColourPop Marguerite Super Shock Cheek Review & Swatches

Marguerite ColourPop Marguerite Super Shock Cheek ($8.00 for 0.15 oz.) is a medium-dark pink with cooler undertones and a matte finish. It appeared warmer and more neon-like in color in the pot but translated into something cooler-toned even against my warmer undertones. The consistency was smooth, velvety, and had a little more slip than other shades in the collection but wasn’t the easiest shade to apply and blend out, even over bare skin, as it just needed more glide. It had medium, buildable pigmentation that wore well for nine hours on me. FURTHER READING : Formula Overview for details on general performance and characteristics (like scent).
