ColourPop Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer 15-Pan Shadow Palette ($26.00 for 0.53 oz.) is a new, limited edition holiday palette that included eight matte shades and seven shimmers housed in a slim, cardboard palette. The eyeshadows performed consistently with ColourPop’s powder eyeshadow formula, so the majority of the shades were pigmented, blendable, and easy to work with but a few were lightly powdery or had some fallout during application–nothing deal-breaking, though.
